Trainings effect on morale?

Does training effect morale in any way?

I say this because players were complaining with the normal schedules that they were unhappy with training, i decided to download raver's training and try it for a few months, and since loading it in i have not won a game and morale is poor. Players are still unhappy even with The Lite training by Raver, they feel it is too much. I had done well to grab a draw last game and praised the guys and morale went up, a few even to very good, but by the time the next game comes round they are poor again, what is happening in a week to kill morale so much?

Players also wont stop complaining about different aspects of the coaching... attacking, defensive, fitness. Iv sorted them all out and have no coach slots left, now they are complaining about the technical coaching.
