i was passing by on this site to check if you have made any patches yet

i put steam on offline mode so i don't need to put the internet on and only put it on for patches

so i put it on online mode and it asked me to log in i thought weird but ok

i forgot my password so i went on the forgot my username and password option and guess what happens it keeps failing and after that it says it has sent an email to my account

i thought ok i checked my account and no email

i got 2 msn accounts and done the same method and checked both of them and nothing

i then checked the steam website to see how am meant to do it

they mentioned the way i have just done and something else and still i cant get an email to my account

i have already complaint to steam about the problem and just waiting for a reply

now i cant get on to play football manager 2012 or the editor because of *****(steam) like this

if i still cant get on steam by the end of the day then you can take your game back and lose a customer for life

you have to be patient i guess

Can't you just go off the internet and launch it again? Seen as you haven't logged back in yet, you should still be in offline mode?

Hardly SI's fault that you can't manage your accounts and passwords properly, hope you get sorted all the same, it's a frustrating way to lose game time:)
