RocheBag
I'm playing as Paris FC, started off in the National but since got promoted to Ligue 2. Off the start of the game, Paris FC's reserve team isn't in any league, you just have to set up friendlies in order to get games at all. I'm just wondering if, as I move up the leagues, it's possible to get my reserve team entered into an actual league? Thanks for any help.
Ollep7
It did that for me with Lilles for the first season because I forgot to activate the league in which my reserve plays. Try to activate it, it must be National or something like that. Then next year you will be able to have games.
Chris M
Reserves can't play in the National, they can play in the CFA though.
RocheBag
CFA is already selected and playable. Anyone have any other ideas?
Snoweel
I think only Ligue 1 clubs have their reserve teams playing in the CFA. Ligue 2 clubs don't have a reserve competition. If you get promoted to Ligue 1 your reserves will have a competition to play in. Until then your reserve 'team' doesn't play any football. It's the same with Belgium - only Pro League clubs can enter teams in the under 21 league.
RocheBag
In looking through the CFA, some Ligue 2 and even some National sides have reserve teams in there, Paris FC just isn't one of them.
Snoweel
Looks like I was wrong then. It has been a few years since I managed in France.
