Full Screen Windowed Mode

Is it possible to play the game in a windowed mode such that it takes up the full screen? i have windows 7 as my OS and the vanishing task bar. i like to switch between things when fm is processing. however FM still has the little bar with the minimize close etc on top. while small this changes the display of some of the info on the profile and the attribute panel. is there a way to get it to take up the whole screen and still have the task bar pop up when i put my mouse on the bottom of the screen? you can do it in word, firefox etc. thanks.
