turnbull21
How do I go about obtaining work permits for players I have already signed, and are in my squad already? Thanks
BobDBuilder
Make sure you have an affiliate which is set up for work permit purposes and send them on loan there for the required time.
turnbull21
Thanks. Does this take just a season? Or does the time vary?
BobDBuilder
Thanks. Does this take just a season? Or does the time vary? It depends on the country your sending them to. Most take 3 years but there is a few that only require 2 years.
Bhoy!
You can see if they qualify for a work permit by offering them a new deal (in case they don't have an EU passport yet).

Bhoy!
Where does it tell you this information? I cant seem to find it What I meant to say is that you offer them a contract and then you get a news message about the work permit application being rejected, if they don't qualify for one. You can't know beforehand, I don't think. But what really annoys me is that if you sign a player, who gets a work permit, he then might not qualify for a permit in the future, when you want to extend his contract and you can't even appeal those decisions. Very frustrating.

turnbull21
Ah, I will have to wait until I can offer them a new deal then. At the moment, none of the 5 players I have who have no work permits want to enter contract negotiation talks with me
