Roman5228 Posted December 13, 2011 Share Posted December 13, 2011 Sometimes it just comes and goes in cycles i believe.....Im Roma and for my first 3 season I was getting top youth intake but over the last two its been lacking. I'm not sure why exactly its changed but I'm assuming with Romas great reputation that I helped with, state of the art youth facilites, and extensive youth recruitment, it will come back around well for me. Now I have brought in new coaches throughout the years and they are from all over the globe.....I hope that hasn't had a negative impact on recruiting because....I've won the Serie A 4 straight years and playing well in the Champions league every year and won it twice.
