Nani17legend
Is it just me for are there a lot of own goals in the new game. I've only played 15 games so far but there have been 12 own goals already. This seems a lot. Anybody else noticing this or is it just my style of play forcing them? SWaRFeGa
Maybe one every five games for me, on average.
chob
In one of my 1st saves on FM12 it almost seemed like a goal a game was an own goal at one point.

abengie
sometimes goals are counted as own goals even though they're not.. usually the ones that skip from the goalkeeper or defence..
DrizzitD
What bothers me more is when my goalie punch em into the post so the ball goes in and equals an own goal (shouldnt be an own goal in the first place but thats another matter) most of the time the comments state "He did brilliantly to deflect that one" or something similar... how the hell was that a brilliant deflect when it went in of the post... seriously? scott MUFC
i had rooney chip the keeper, it then hits the defender on the line and goes in.. last time i checked that was rooneys goal. if the shot is on tarnget, regarndless of defelctions off opponents, it counts as the shooting players goal, a beutiful chip by rooney over the keeper that is going to nestle in the bottom corner, glances a defender thrying to stop it.. that is rooneys goal, not an own goal like the game says. loladarulz
Nope, very rarely. I finished my season with Hansa Rostock and I had 2 own goals for whole season.
