bug in the opposition instructions system?

hi guys,

wondered, whether there is a bug in this system, since every time I use the opposition instruction service for certain positions, not certain players, the things Ive set are going to be removed automatically. so when I set always tight marking and tackling to normal on the CMs, its highlighted, but when I change the window and go to tactical instructions or something else, or even go back to the game, I then notice in the half time break, that the settings have been removed or are not highlighted anymore. its very strange, since I cant be never sure, whether the settings are now adapted or not...
