Top three best/worst features of WWFM are...

IMHO:

Best:

1) Ability to add/delete leagues at end of each season.

2) Seems like there is a more patient behavior of agents during transfer negotiations.

3) More realistic crowd scenes.

Worst:

1) 'Delicate flower' players, constantly whinging about heavy training schedules, need first team football, etc.

2) Almost completely impossible to transfer good/decent players out, even for no fee!

3) Very limited, & often very awkward, options to respond to player demands; often ending in arguments, demands to leave, etc..

That's what I think!

tha fact that winning a CL will only hurt you because it increases the salary demands of a player while tv revenue/tickets remain mostly the same is the worst thing about FM imo

Worst:

1. Press conferences. I'd rather visit a proctologist...without the lube.

2. Stamina counting towards CA. "Hey, look at this wonderkid! Oh, wait...his stamina is 3."

3. Players not listening to the coach. How often can you get away with not listening to your boss?

Best:

1) uncluding personalities of world football like Jomo Sono

2) simulates the football world

I suspect that many of the things on the worst lists and not the worst things about FM but the worst things about modern football. Specifically, the OP's (1) and looknohands' (1) and (3). These are, in fact, symptoms of avine's best thing (2).

worst:

1) unrealistic injuries; how often does a club has 3 of its players broken foot??

2) incredible come backs; it's 70th min. score is 3-0 but 2 corners 1 penalty and it finishes 3-3, yep once its luck possible, twice wtf why am I this unlucky? but when it happens for ten times in a row you say wtf game...
