singtelsux
Why isn't the league game postponed ? But to my surprise, the players that playing the day before are not entirely "tired" for the next day's match.
alucasa
Probably there wasn't a room to postpone the game. Npower CH is consisted of 46 games per a season, and that's A LOT. That was why I stay away from English leagues. They are just too busy.
vilks
I had 3 matches in 4 days with an English team once. Just ridiculous.
alucasa
46 game is just for the local league. League cup, FA cup, and JF trophy if you are in league 1 & 2. In your case, you even got Europa league which itself adds at least 6 (group stage) to already extremely congested time table. I've been there and got my 9 of 21 players deadly injured. Jibby123
46 game is just for the local league.League cup, FA cup, and JF trophy if you are in league 1 & 2. It is way way too much. Irl I mean which is reflected in the game. If you get to say 3rd/4th round of FA Cup, 2nd round of League Cup, win the Johnstones Paint trophy and end of season promotion play offs which is entirely possible if you're decent League 1 side you can push out 60 games in 8/9 months. Ackter
Please report this in the bugs forum.
alucasa
Well, it's not really a bug. It's just how it is even in real English leagues. The only difference is that, in general, Npower clubs don't advance too far into League cup, FA cup, and JF trophy, but in FM game, they sometimes (and can even enter Europa) can which makes it even more chaotic. I think a certain manager of a certain club once said, "The English is too tired to win anything!"
singtelsux
Can championship club enter european europa league IRL thru cup winners slot ?
alucasa
Yes, league cup and FA cup grants a spot in Europa qualification. Even a club in BSN can enter Europa by winning FA cup which is extremely unlikely.
Jibby123
Birmingham this season and Millwall recently have been in the Europa League through the English cup route, albeit from the NPower Championship which is 2nd tier with 46 league games, 49 if making the playoff final as well as 2x domestic cups. Ackter
And neither of them had to play two games in two days. It's a bug.
Jibby123
I never said they did or that it wasn't a bug. But thanks for that Ackter. Nice one.
