both unrealistic finishing and unrealistic non finishing

I lose games to players scoring goals from 30/35 yards out yet my strikers ALL GOOD both finishing and composure can't score one on one with a keeper also my winger made a run down the left handside of the pitch and i had TWO players to his right and only one opposition player near my winger and what does he do? try to beat the keeper at his near post when he had F'N two players to square the ball to and he misses.
