Scouting with Potential Conditions

Hi all,

I just wanted to ask a quick question to see if anybody knows the answer.

I have most of my scouts doing their various regions based on potential ability being 4*+, and I also set the age parameters to at most 21...

I basically just wanted to know if the age parameter was necessary for scouting young players. I assumed leaving it blank would bring up all sorts of players, even if they've already met their potential, so just wanted to clarify because if I don't need to add the parameter then I won't!

You need the age parameter if you want to get only players up to the age of 21. if you remove it you will get lots of players over 21 as well.

Thanks robzilla - I figured that would be teh case, just wanted to make sure...

However, does it still bring up players WELL above 21 (i.e. a superstar that's now 31)??? Or is it just players that haven't reached their potential?

It should do if a player is good enough to warrant 4 stars,

I guess i'm essentially asking if it would ignore players that aren't 'over the hill', or does it literally just look at the 'potential' rating, regardless of whether they're over the hill, before the hill or on the hill, so to speak?

i would think it looks solely at what their star rating is potentially never mind if they can reach it, or have reached it.
