weak foot accuracy weighting?

sorry if it discussed before for fm 2012 but i couldnt see. Nvm, is "wfa weighting" still exist or cripled in fm 2012? ( i must admit that i really hate it. i find it awkwrd to decline mental and physical attributes for having nice weak foot)

There is no 'weak foot accuracy' stat. Players have a rating for their left foot and their right foot. Different positions have different weightings for the 'weak foot' so it all changes depending upon what positions the player can be in. It even differs between traditional central defenders if one of them is also able to play full back. Some positions have a premium on the weighting for the weak foot, you could create 2 players both with 100CA, and put them both 20/10 for their footing in any way you wanted, but Position A would use up more CA for it than Position B.

In short, you probably won't get the answer you're looking for because it varies massively from position to position not even factoring in the possibility for multiple-positions.
