Quick question - Scouting

Recommended Posts

Scouted Salamon Rondon and i'm being told h's potentialy 3.5/4 stars which will do, individual stats aren't bad

Scout Danny Graham and according to scout reports isnt as good as Rondon but when i look at individual stats Graham has better finishing, composure, team work, positioning, generally the stats i want

Are individual stats a better indication of his of his use to me or what my best scouts thing a players overall potential is?

Both. A worse player in terms of CA may still play better if his attribute distribution is more suited to your tactic, but in matches against high-quality teams I have found that these "overperformers" often falls through. Quality players are quality players. I never look at performances at AI clubs, since it is completely irrelevant how well or how badly they have played. A player av.r 5.80 in an AI club can easily get a 7.80 average with me, and vice versa.
