I have just bought FM 2012 for my son’s birthday, however for Christmas he will be getting a new laptop, I just wondered how, or even if I could be able to transfer the game for one computer to the other come the 25th. It is currently installed correctly using steam, I just don’t know what will happen come Christmas day. If you could offer any help it would be much appreciated. FrazT Posted November 28, 2011 Share Posted November 28, 2011 Go to your Documents folder on the current computer, find the Sports Interactive, FM 2012, Games folder and save the current save game onto a USB stick or other removable storage. Install steam on the new computer and then run the game. Browse to the USB stick when you get to the load game screen and it will find the old save.
