AndyBal
I am currently still playing FM2010, and have started at English league level 9, now up to level 7 (Ryman Premier League) but it got me thinking about loannees. I can have loads of long term loannees (ie the whole season) and could litereally fill out my whole squuad with them and have a low wage bill. This is unrealistic though and I try to bring in 4 or 5 loannees where I am weak and no more. Reflects a truer picture. What do you do? Do you abuse it and use all the rules of your league allow, or do you try to build your own team and only play that? What are the reasonss for getting the loannees in? Reduce wage bill? Fill out squad? Positionally weak in some areas in your own team?
SWaRFeGa
At that level, I struggled to find any loanees that were good enough. Instead I relyed on 4-week trials to cover any injuries, etc. (You can have two of them in your matchday line-up)
Im not Mozzer
Don't have any set limits. If a player is good enough and will make a difference then I'll bring him in. Tend to play season one with the original squad and don't do much wheeling and dealing
Chrrisy
I tend to sign a couple of loanees in the first season and if they play good i'll try and sign them on a permanent deal or try and get them back on loan again.
