speck Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 I've had a steady stream of these complainers over my last two seasons, so much so that I ended up abandoning that game. If you're strict with them, then their morale drops and they start complaining to the other players. If you tell them you'll let them go, then every other non-first team player will want to leave as well. Maybe SI can implement a No-Crybaby option for FM2013 because this kills the game for me.
