LiquidFury
I've always wanted to know this. It's obvious how players' stats develop, but how do coaches' stats develop. An observation I've noticed amongst some of my better coaches is that their mental attributes are poor. Generally, but not always, discipline and determination, but tactical knowledge is abominable. Which leads me to wonder how someone who coaches football doesn't know how the game works tactically. As you can see, there's a distinct pattern in how their stats have developed.
