HELP, i need some guidance on FM2011

My team is doing amazingly badly.

I cant seem to get the tactics or formation right. Im 21st in Blue square prem. AFC wimbledon. 14 points out of 16. Not good.

can anyone tell me what formation could help me out?

First of all, keep the tactic simple. Your players won't be the best which means that the more you try to tell them to do, the poorer they'll perform. WOW man, ive simplified it like you said and i lost one another game, then drew 2 and won 2. Awesome. just managed to climb out of the relegation zone.

how long you played and what you doing on Fm currently

I haven't played FM for that long, really. I prefer managing in the lower leagues usually so that's why. Currently I'm managing Forest in the Prem and it's not going well . That's with simplifying it.

hw many games are you into?

really baffled by FM11 its so expansive

I'm on FM12. I'm in December.

Is FM12 any good? Im guessing its better?

unfortunately iv just lost three in a row.

FM12 is the best one yet in my opinion. All I can say is play 4-4-2 with short passing and man marking. That's the best thing to do.

this is the first football management game ive ever played, I find it amazing but very hard. Iv watched football for nearly 20 years and was always intrigued by management games. There absolutely brilliant from first glance

I originally started playing Championship Manager 2005 but didn't like it. I then played Championship Manager 2006 before switching to Football Manager for 2007. Didn't start playing loads until FM10. It's got alot harder since FM10 though and I find it fairly difficult.
