However, I managed to keep the morale of my players up. Most of them have either Very Good or Superb although we've just lost to Wigan and Swansea. I don't think it's my tactics and more of the attitude of my players? Maybe it's my teamtalks? I would almost always use the aggressive team talk and I would always get a 'delighted', 'seem motivated' which is a good thing but some of them got 'playing nervously'? Anyway, I went on and got FMRTE, checked out my team and was shocked to see that the team's morale is at 2?! Checked back with my Ass-man and he says that the morale couldn't be any higher? milnerpoint Posted November 19, 2011 Share Posted November 19, 2011 yeah i wouldnt really worry too much, mine says 225 with FMRTE even tho its only suppose to go up to 20, i dont think that part works properly, there are a few bugs with this version of FMRTE i have noticed this year.
