Leicester and Huddersfield both have background sugar daddies, other than Crawley, and a bunch have underwriters. As for the comment that Vitesse have finances secure, the owner will constantly pump money in, which is not reflected in the finances at the start of the game. You have a starting transfer budget that is more than pretty much every team in the league, really high space in wage budget, and can buy 5* players right off the bat.
