I had a question regarding the assistant coach recommending that a player be "dropped" due to poor play. I am unsure as to how this should be taken. Does he mean that the player should be dropped from the starting lineup, dropped from the Main squad to the reserves or pack him a peanut-butter sandwich and drop kick his ass to the curb? If he is a squad player, then maybe a spell in the reserves and an assessment of his future in your team. Normally, I would only ever drop a first team regular into the reserves for serious breaches of discipline.
