Feedolover Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 I'm being arsenal, i play a 4-5-1 like so; GK RB CB CB LB DM CM AMR AMC AML ST Having not improved my goalkeeper or backline i have opted for Lehmann Sagna Gallas Toure Clichy Also, Gilberto plays DM and Fabregas CM But it is my last 4 players who cause me difficulty, especially seeing as i have signed Nasri, Menez, Van Der Vaart and Huntelaar. Nasri - AMC Menez - AM LRC ST Van Der Vaart (VDV) - AMC Huntelaar - ST Other options I already have with Arsenal are; Hleb - AM RC Eduardo - AM LC ST Walcott - AMR ST Van Persie - AM RL ST Adebayor - ST Bendtner - ST I sold Rosicky, i may have forgetten a couple more of Arsenals forward players. The AMC has a free role (I found Hleb, VDV and Nasri were all excellent here in pre-season), the striker is a target man to head who holds the ball up. First match of the season i opted for this: AMR - Hleb AMC - VDV AML - Van Persie ST - Huntelaar At half time though i subbed off Hleb for Menez, who scored. I won the match against Villa 3-1, (2-0 HT), goals from Fabregas, Menez and Gilberto. Hleb got a 6 VDV, Nasri(on as a sub), and Van Persie all got 8s. What's interesting and makes me feel quite pleased with myself is that when my scout got back from scouting France his highly recommended players were Samir Nasri and Jeremy Menez, and guess who had already signed them? So, the whole purpose of this thread is just to see who you would pick for my attacking four players in this Arsenal team. Also, if anybody could recommend a good keeper for me, at most 6mil, signed Joe Hart but isn't as good as i thought Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
