cenith Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 Because someone in the club has been secretly offering perm contracts to U21s and I want to know who! Every season during youth intake, other than the usual youth candidates in green, I also get a whole bunch of new perm players with brand new 2/3year contracts and it screws up my wage control. I checked the team policy and I personally signed and stamped the rule that says "Don't freaking renew the U21s contracts on my behalf you peons." So I don't think it's the assistant. I suspect its the chairman. Too bad I can't ask him cause everytime I walk into the boardroom he will smile like this -> <- and say "Hey son you are untouchable and fans love you and you're not wasting my money, what are you here for? You wan bigger stadium? Feeder club? Larger scouting network?" I ended up asking for better facilities and walked out happy, forgetting what I was there for. He's good that bugger.
