TheMaestro Posted November 16, 2011 Share Posted November 16, 2011 Has anyone become favoured personnel with a team, that you have not managed or is not one of your favourite clubs? I have become this at Bolton (season 2014-15, on FM 10), where they have been relegated, promoted and relegated, changed managers. On the last 2 occasions I have been strongly linked in the media, applied and said I would be interested in becoming manager in the press, yet they haven't appointed me. I should say I was Dortmund manager for 2 and a half years resigned, became Norway coach and now in charge of Brazil. Wondered if anyone has come across this before?? Senak Posted November 28, 2011 Share Posted November 28, 2011 What is the best way to get players in your own team to become your favoured personnel? best way to do that is just keep praising them when they do well and once in a while have a private chat saying keep up the good form (make sure you don't over do it though).
