Depending on what reputation you choose, will decide what sort of teams are interested in you. If you go for Automatic rep, then any team could be interested in you. If you go for Sunday League or Semi-Pro rep, then it'll be lower leagues teams. If you go for Professional or International footballer then you'll get some very good offers. What sort of nations do you plan on loading. From England, at the start of the game I don't think there are clubs without managers. There are alot in Brazil if you start off in June 2011 and there are some in Scandanavia and some in Italy and other nations like that. Most teams without managers are lower league teams.
