Journeyman game starting unemployed in FM12

I haven't got my FM12 yet.

I'm curious about the "league addition feature" in FM12.

Usually, when I start my journeyman save, I load several european big league to begin with.

How to do it in FM12 ?

Can we got job offer from league we do not include in the beginning ?

No. You only get job offers from the leagues loaded.

roykela is right, you're only going to get job offers from teams that are currently in playable leagues. Thus the beginning of a journeyman game is the same as before.

Where the new feature opens a host of new possibilities is in the long term: the new league addition feature allows you to add and remove leagues to your liking. The changes won't be effective immediately though, instead the new leagues will only become active, once a new season has begun.

I wish you could load only the lower leagues without having to include the top ones. I like to start in the 4th..ish level & only need to have only the teams up to say, 2nd. Divs. loaded. Higher ones could be added later. Having to load all the way to league 1 teams makes the game too big. We could load the top leagues in a year or two.
