Jack de Leeds Posted November 10, 2011 Share Posted November 10, 2011 I have just advanced to english L2 league . I have 2 main problems : 1. How to find good players ? I am using hidden attributes and i have good scout but i cant find good players with good current ability . Any tips ? 2. How to negotiate with players that want too much money ? My max wage is 3.3k ( euro/month i think ) and when i offer contract to some player he is requesting like 6.3 k ! Any tips how to negotiate and lower their wage expectations ? But if you aren't, try scouting the French lower leagues or the dutch second league if you can since they produce some players that are of a good quality and want to come to England.
