Just a quick query re U19 squad's in the French National. Just taken control of Luzenac and the whole of my U19 squad is full of grey players.

Now I had the same sort of career on FM11 at this level but they gave me an U19 squad of generated players.

How come they don't do that this year?

Incidentally virtually every other U19 squad is the same, only 1 or 2 17 year olds and the rest 'greyed out' players.

When you started the game did you have a box ticked which said "add players to playable teams". That would possibly add real U19 players.

I assume that when you pass the next youth intake day your U19 squad will be filled up with new players anyway.

Did you browse the first team squads, as a lot of youth players are promoted to the first team at the start of the game.

I ticked the box which I thought affected the U19 squads and started a new game with Aviron Bayonais. I had a full U19 squad of players; so that could be the solution to the problem mate.

He has probably all first team squads filled with youth players, when he did not tick that box.
