samdiatmh Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 instead of being "given" youth at the end of the season (as it was in FM11) newgens get given a trial at your club (and you're free to offer contracts to whoever) it's a feature designed for LLM players (as they don't have to pay termination fees), they just don't sign them if you manage as a big club, you can choose not to sign those 1* rejects edit: in england (which i presume you manage in) this is possible on March-12, every season (may vary by a day, depending on leap year) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
