disallowed goals

I am starting to get annoyed with the amount of disallowed goals I am getting. I seem to get at least 1 a game and as far as I can see from my tactics I am not pushing the offside trap at all. Also, no matter when I select the 'right' time to make changes, I try to do it when either I am in posession or no highlights are taking place. I have it set to only commentary so when there is no commentary I try to stop the game then to make the changes but when I confirm the changes and the opposition are on the attack I will always concede. So frustrating!!!!
