Superowl90 Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 my chairman has just took out a 298M bank loan for a new stadium, i was just wondering if it was possible to pay off bank loans in bulk payments ie, choose to pay 1M here and there, i am sure in a previous FM there was a similar option is this possible in FM12 ? cheers Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nottingham Forest Posted November 8, 2011 Share Posted November 8, 2011 You've never been able to pay off loans in bulk yourself and they're always through scheduled payments. However, if you start to make a lot of profit each month, the board may decide to pay off more of the loan debt than is to be expected at that time.
