n0rea11y
I thought I read somewhere that a feature in fm 2012 was that staff would follow ou to a new job if you transferred. I recently played 2 seasons in Brazil, won the Brazilian cup twice and South America cup once and not a single coach followed me to Europe. When I clicked on them to see if any would be interested they were all greyed out. Is that an option? Should I have improved my relationship with these coaches? Nottingham Forest
Coaches will never follow you to another club straight away. Sometimes if you build up a good relationship with them, they will leave when you leave and then you can sign them when you join your new club, if the board of your new club allows you to. mije1983
Did they leave when you left your Brazilian club job? It doesn't happen with all staff but sometimes 3 or 4 will leave when you resign, or get another job. Not sure why they are greyed out though. slipknot67
I haven't left a club job on 12 yet but a few of my backroom staff at Scotland resigned when I left to manage Belgium, have had plenty of club staff follow me from club to club on previous versions though. I think the feature has been around since at least FM09.
phnompenhandy
If you ask them to join, will they follow you and your new club pays up the compensation?
