Young players retiring some thoughts.

So with all the contract options available in the new game, different contract types, clauses and such I find it rather strange that young players (U-19, U-21 internationals) from smaller football nations keep retiring instead of signing contracts with lower rep teams. A non contract or a release clause for higher league teams as an example would give the player playtime and also a chance to work his way up without anyone hindering him to move up the ladder if he catches interest from other teams.
