Strength of players

Hey,

this is my first FM and it's really fun.

But where can i see the strength of my or other players?

Of course you can look at the payer attributes and can compare players, but there's for example a player who is 35 years old, have only played in the Serie B and C and is better (most of the attributes are) than my 24 year old striker who scored 10 goals in 13 games and has a value of 5,8 Mio. €.

And there are many more examples for that.

So is there no other way to see the strength of a player?

The 35 year old is expierenced, so he will have good skills, but at 35 im will ing to bet his physical skills are poor, a young pacy stiker can score a lot of goals even if his finishing is low.

I can help you more if u post the screenshts of the 2 player.

There are hidden stats in the game (like temperment, consistence, ambiton...), but 99% you can judge players well with thier viewable attributes.

You can see "the stregth of a player" star rating are not that great IMO.

Also sttributes are not everying, personality, team coposition and tactics are other elements are just as important.
