Just took over a 3rd division club in mid October, and it will not let me make any loan offers... I've only managed English clubs before, so Im used to their rules and dates. Diablito Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 Players can be registered between Sunday 1st July till 31st of August whatever year your playing, and then it opens up again between 1st of January till the 31st of January.
