Cycstorm Posted November 6, 2011 Share Posted November 6, 2011 This is something that has always driven me NUTS with FM - the seemingly arbitrary cap on staff salaries with no ability to change it. I can't tell you the number of times I've sat and raged as a club poached one of my best coaches because they offered him 6k p/w and I could only offer 4k p/w, despite being 300k under my wage budget.
