villasparks Posted June 26, 2008 Share Posted June 26, 2008 could someone please explain how this works?? i thought it was dependant on how many international caps a player had got. i tried to sign someone who had 38 caps and it got knocked back, now i'm confused..... there must be some other parameters, but i don't know what they are.
