if i train him in DR, will new position training eating up the PA?

I always retrain my starting 11 in the first team for other possisons. Never hurts to have cover all over the park

From a 100% of training, New position Training uses 15% or something like that. So he is going to raise atributes 15% less while training the new position.

Since free-attributes are no more (since FM10), i have to take it back what i said.

Yes, indirectly.

Each attribute is weighted so more positions = more attributes are classed as key/important = more heavily weighted = eating up more PA.

Nope, PPMs don't use PA.

Another thing to note is that giving a player a new position will change the weighting of his attributes.

Well, I think this is the case at least, I haven't seen SI documentation on it.
