jamesyd77
I tried to get into FM last year but I just didn't get into it, but all me mates tell me it's great so I really want to get into this years one. I have nearly downloaded the demo which I will use to wean me in and then if I like it I will get it for Christmas. But one question, is it worth the money (PC)? Thanks guys, looking forward to it:)
SWaRFeGa
If you get plenty of use out of it - then yeah it's very much worth it. I got my copy for £20. Will play about 1500 hours of gametime. Half the cost of a night down the pub.
jackripper
i decided not to buy fm12 mainly due to mw3 coming out and a few minor issues too. So i wouldnt intend on playing it to much. Plus all the recent FM's just seem the same.

Very true, but if I do get it I'll have my beer beside me anyways
Tactic Master
Very true, but if I do get it I'll have my beer beside me anyways Beer is tons cheaper to drink at home though, so it's a win win situation
SI Staff Jamie King Posted November 1, 2011 SI Staff Share Posted November 1, 2011 I'm obviously going to say that it's worth it. But if you had troubles getting into it last year then I'd suggest doing the new tutorials in FM12 to help get a better understanding of everything. jase19
i'd say any game you play more regularly for more than a month is worth the purchase. (as stated above, a game is generally cheaper than a single night out) but for me, i play fm regularly pretty much all year with a break here and there... so it's always worth it. Welshace
definately worth it.. the way i see it... other single player games will have 20-30 hours in it tops.. this game has a year .. easy....
