otgkhan
Should I ever ask for more salary than the minimum? Does it have impact on my Wage Budget? If it doesn't (which I have feeling it doesn't), then what impact does it have on the overall financial situation of the club? especially if I am trying to run a lower league where even friendly revenue is extremely important and cash injectors are for 30-50K
AjaxNo1
Its a feature of the game, I think some people might want to go for maximum career earnings, but personally I go for what they offer as Im not overly fussed by it
phnompenhandy
Simply, the higher your wages, the more compensation you'd get if they sacked you; therefore, your job is more secure. So go for as much as you can get.

tieio
My advice is simple, if you plan to be doing well in the next couple of seasons, go for the longest contract you can, the lower wage won't matter against sacking you until you are in the final couple of years. If you think you will need the job security and are unsure how you might be doing in a season or two, sign for most wages you can.
