Mosudos Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 I like to do tests with newgen creation dates to see anything weird or unstable. I noticed Rennes has the highest chance of producing good youngsters due to their facilities but I didn't notice an overload of french newgens myself. I did 15 reloads of the creation date for France newgens. 5 out of 15 times I saw 0 youngsters with a PA of 160 or more. 7 times I saw a decent supply of youngster(around 5-7) with a decent PA(150-170) and 2 times I saw a real gem. PA 185+ This is just for my savegame tho, so I won't say there isn't a problem, but from my personal short tests, it looks completely random and normal.
