Never even heard of it happening in real life - I'm sure I can see how it could happen if one of them really lost it, but it's one of those things that is so rare - and complicated in terms of effect - that I doubt they'd implement it, even if there were some desire for it from some players. He had the alcoholism ppm. Zero chance of this ever being remotely considered for inclusion in the game. Although, I suppose in theory refs should get injured from time to time.
