The scout I sent to have a look at him had 20 JPA and 20 JPP. However when he came back he said the player was only a 2 star potential. I looked the player up on FMRTE and it turns out he had 175 PA. The star system is relative to your club so if you have players in his position that are 180+ PA he will be rated worse. Also scouts can make mistakes. Even though he has 20 for JPA and JPP doesn't mean he will be spot on everytime. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
