First few games a few 0-0's and 1-1s but then alarm bells start ringing, it doesnt matter whether i go behind or infront i always draw. I was 2-0 up in my last game after 80 mins. They pulled it back to 22. I scored a 3rd in 91st minute to make it 3-2. They scored in 94th minute? I didnt change my tactics except to shut down at 2-0 up. Just keep encouraging the team it may be nerves - or simply luck. Also I generally try 'countering' rather than 'defending', that means while sitting back you'll also come out more aggressively and it often gets you a third goal, maybe a fourth.
