Sometimes,just sometimes this game makes no sense.

I am manager of Nuneaton and having done back to back promotions I now have them in the 2nd division.

I was being tipped to finish 24th and at the start of the season I set the expectations to fight bravely against relegation.

Anyway after 24 games I am sitting 12th in the league,I have this message come up a couple of times that they(the board) fear losing me at the end of my contract,

I decide I will just ask for a new contract as I am doing a career save with this team and want to stay and get them to the Premiership and stop the message coming up about them fearing to lose me.

I ask for the contract and I get this..

It just does not make any sense...

Yeah, I was getting the same messages and had exactly the same conversation. They're even lining up some idiot to replace me.

Not sure what the game's trying to get me to do.

The thing I do not get is before I became manager they were in the BSN and a part time club,they are now a full time club and 2 division's higher,also they are not struggling at the bottom of the league but some 17 points out of the relegation battle.

They were also the one's to bring up that they feared losing me,yet they want to see more from me before offering a new contract?

Makes no sense at all.
