Scouting question about the one day assignment

Finally got around to actually starting a game and hired my first batch of scouts, and was surprised by the one-day scouting summaries. Although it's convenient, it's not really what I'm looking for. As a rule, when I send my scouts out on a new assignment I always add the condition "max age under 25." Is it possible to modify these new reports for the scout's default knowledge? An example is the Colombian scout I just hired- immediately provided a report on 12 players found in Colombia, but only one of them is under the age of 25, so I have no interest in the other 11.
