So - I'm no techy but I'm pretty sure that graphics card is right around the minimum spec and the driver for it is a couple of years old - my first suggestion would be to try and update that driver. If you're unsure how to do that, your best bet would be to speak to Customer Services and get them to take you through how to do it - that might help you out.
