howdo Posted October 27, 2011 Share Posted October 27, 2011 after many years managing in England, i decided to try out in Spain. as Malaga, they have a senior squad & u19 squad..... what can i do for the reserve senior (over 19) players...... i can`t give them a match.........they are literally reserve.....to be used and kept fit, at my disposal.... why should i put out a weakened squad to keep them match fit......or is this how it works...... i tried to place one in the u19 squad, he is 31, he never played........ any help or suggestions, please.
