Danzz Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Im Blackburn Rovers and just completed my first season I got a transfer budget of 28mil minimum expectation yet my balance is only 15mil meaning that if i spend my transfer budget ill be in debt by 13mil.......
